By Joetta Maue, the overly talented curator and artist has made this amazing piece called Waking with you, it is a mix of embroidery, appliqué and painted fabrics. The posture and the expression make it have a picture perfectness, I think most people have woken up and lay in this position just wishing they didn’t have to get up.

Thread shoe made by machine embroidering flowers on to wash away fabric, then fixing with watered down PVA glue.

Cécile Jarsaillon, the contrast of the embroidery and the pornographic images is really quite shocking but brilliant. The bottom left one is awful but really funny, these are like extreme playing cards.
